I started a new thermo last week called Liquibolix by Fast Action. I am a guinea pig with this thermo, as it is a new product on the market.

For the record, some other thermos I have tried were LipoSix and a few other generic thermos. They tend to give me headaches, and I'm not a big fan of any of them, but this one for the sake of good science I have taken everyday three times a day since last week Wednesday.

My stats when starting this product was 16.4% bodyfat at 126 pounds. I am about 5'4" and I also compete in figure.

I will say that upon the first few days of taking it I did suffer some pretty bad headaches, but I could easily suggest other variables in my life that would cause them or contribute to them. In other words, can I only say that Liquibolix caused them? No. Other factors would include, but not be limited to; staring at the damn computer screen for 3+ hours a day, the horrible flu/cold that has been passed around my household for the past month, dehydration, and increase in activity with a decrease in total caloric intake.

The first day I only took one capsule to see how my body would respond. It didn't, so the next day I took three. One immediately upon waking with 8 oz of water, then again at 12:30pm, and then again at 4:30 pm. That second night I was pretty cracked out, which could be a good thing or a bad thing for some people. I didn't fall asleep until about 2:30 a.m. and then it was in and out waking up periodically until I had to get up at 7:30 am for work. I felt pretty restless with some anxiety. The feeling was like I was doing everything and nothing all at the same time, or how the military often says to do "hurry up and wait."
It was pretty bizarre,but eventually those feelings subsided after a couple days and now I am taking three pills everyday on schedule with no side effects. I will be increasing my dosage next week. I have a show in six weeks (Gateway Classic Lake City, Fl April 26th) so I will keep blogging about the progress.

To date, my weight is holding steady at 122. It did dip low to 119(!) but after a cheat meal and some easter candy (oops) it has stayed at around 122.

Blog looks very good Jessica, another member is running a log for it and had similar sides for a couple of the first days... Glad to hear those went away. I wish you the best of luck for your up coming contest. I will be following your blog! Nice info so far!

well glad to see that you have made it past any sides you may have been experiencing I will popping in and checking your log out from time to time . If there is any Questions you may have feel free to PM me . I wish you luck on your goals.

I have never tried a thermo but from what i have heard the first couple days always include some sides similar to these mentioned. In fact the ones i have heard about have been worse for the most part. Good luck Jessica!

Liquibolix After Easter

Easter Sunday was a complete binger for me! I had tons of Easter candy, mimosas, and Easter Brunch! At brunch I ate all my veggies, had salmon, sushi, some cheese/crackers, a little bit of this and a little bit of that...and Banana Fosters! Needless to say I felt pretty sick. I did have a protein shake, and ate a very clean Easter dinner with one glass of cabernet. I shared desserts instead of having my own, and before brunch I ran 4.25 miles for 40 minutes so I felt a little better for indulging.
I took three capsules at my normal times.
Today I increased my intake by one. I had one pill with 8 oz of water with breakfast, two at 12:30, and than one at about 4:00 pm. I plan on doing that for the next week and a half or so. I will be in Europe for two weeks, so during my visit I will increase my pills again, two for morning and again for midday, one at night.
I'm still having a hard time falling asleep, so I started taking a couple Calms Forte a half hour before bed. (all natural sleep aid) I haven't had a chance to get my body fat percentage measured recently, and am aware that as you get leaner it becomes more difficult to fall asleep so I can also attribute my restlessness with decreased body fat as well.

Where are you going in Europe, and is it for work or for vacation. I go to Europe at least 4 times a year for business...Promoting the Fast Action Brand of course...
