Default Figure Competitions - Book Recommendations?
Hi,

I am wanting to buy a good book on bodybuilding for women.. more specific to figure competitions. Any suggestions? I want a book that illustrates the mandatory poses, and proper diet and nutrition in preparation for a comp. Thanks!

I tried, feelin like a goof over here, stutterin n whatnot, I had no idea you were from bb.com, thats a sad existance in that forum, you fight for survival the whole time, I'm sure they don't care if its male or female.

Anywho, I tried and searched, even googled for you, thats what I got. n I'd still go with the free one, the info you get out of books dvds is good, but when its done its done and I'd rather return the items than keep em.
