I am doing once per right now, but on cycle, I try to use an AM/PM training schedule, so I hit them more frequently.

Most people go all out on cycle, although it's not necessary, it works well for some people. I personally just train body parts 2/week when on cycle with a 3/1/3/1 set up and PCT is usually a 5/2/5/2 and normal long phases without phs are DC which is M/W/F/M full body.

I've always trained 3x per week on a ph cycle or a natural cycle. For PCT I do a 5 day split. I'm experimenting with a new routine now. Check out my cycle in the supplement log section.
