I love doing dips on my chest workout, but lately I get a very weird pain in my right elbow during my reps (w/ and w/o weights) which increases as i lift my body to the top...
what other exercises can i do that will give me close to the benefit of dips?
When it comes to dips, if you keep your body straight, does that hit the triceps more? And if you lean forward, it hits the chest more? How about in terms of arms flared out vs. kept aligned with the shoulders?
