Theyll definitely put a lot of thickness on, Ive been doing heavy rows for a long time, and I have a LOT of thickness ....but Im not very wide. Just recently started doing chins cause its kinda harsh for the bigger guys (245 at the moment...and thats down 25 lbs). Been doing chins, pulldowns, wide grip pulley rows each of the last 3 or 4 back workouts.
