Never done free weight hack squats. It might just be slipping my mind, but right now Im not sure exactly how that would work. I just hit up the machine for it. We also have this badass machine from back in Arnold's day that you lay down in and put your feet up at a 90 degree angle. Weight comes straiught down. Not sure what they call it but it works awesome, but I think Im the only one that uses it
