Instead of keeping your elbows at your sides (or sometimes forward) when doing curls, bring your elbows back so that the bar moves up and down very close to your body. Good way to get a different feel.
In my experience, these work even better for rev. curls.

Thanks shakes! I will give this a try as well... lots of great advice guys I really appreciate it. I got back/bi's today so i will be incorporationg some of this new advice into my lift today! Cant wait!
