I tried the db curls with the pinkie higher than the thumb tonite, it feels a little awkward at first, but buts a nice burn on the bicep

Interesting... yea i have started to use some of these suggestions and my bi's are a really soar today... did workout yesterday so something is working!

You could grab the ez curl bar and use the same pinky over thumb grip (supinated), on the inner most grip. It will probably feel less awkward than DBs

I keep an ez curl bar in the lounge room with a moderate amount of weight on it (about enough to do 13-15 reps). Every time im near it i pick it up and fo and easy 5-7 curls. Some days i end up doing 100+ curls other days i fo 0 or 10, its pretty random.
This has helped increase my endurance allot.
