Incline...incline....incline. Will build the most mass. Chest pump should be easy to feel, if your chest doesnt feel swollen after 8 sets in or so, maybe you need to analyze form (as said above) or the exercises youre doing.

I have the same problem for arms, but chest, genetically for me is a strong point. 53" after last bulk, where as my arms are only 17" bleh~

Start including a powerlifting scheme not[bodybuilding] heavy flat and heavy incline
with low reps and go to spped benches to recruit mor muscle fibers[fast twitch] also
include close grip inclines. Force the nervous system to promote growth. light wghts
and slow reps produce little muscles. We know a lot of people dont like flat bench
because of poss injuries but its inevitable if u lift heavy. Flat is great.
