Example:
i'll do cable curls with my arms drawn back with lighter weight to get warmed up, the a medium weight, then a heavy weight. Then i'll decide I want to punish my bis, so i'll do a drop set. Start with the heavy weight, do as many as I can, then drop the weight down and do as many curls as I can..and finally drop the weight again and curl.
