Default Shoulder Routine

Just getting back into the swing of things from my shoulder injury so need some advice to really get some strength and size back in my delts. Any advice? What does everyone's shoulder routines look like?

I've got abnormally strong shoulders.

my routine is as follows:

DB military press
arnold presses (occaisonally)
Light BB press
side and forward laterals
overhead flyes


I think thats it

I keep a rotation in mind...

Ill do 1 or 2 of the following for my 1st 2 exercises
Seated Shoulder Press
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Behind the Neck Press
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
Machine Shoulder Press

Followed by 2 or 3 exercises from this list
Front Dumbbell Raises flat
Front Dumbbell Raises ski'd
Side Lateral Raises
Side Uni-Raises
Modified Arnolds (I cant turn my left hand palm in because of an injury when I was young...sucks on bi's~)
Bent over Side Laterals
Barbell Front Raises
Upright Rows

Lastly, usually 1 of these shrugs
Behind the Back Barbell Shrugs
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbbell Shrugs
BB2K shrugs (not sure if he hangs here or not, hold the dumbbells off your hips and shrug, have to go lighter)
