Bnat, concerning overhead flys for rear delt, could you describe the movement or post a link?

sorry it took me so long to see this celc. Basically you sit on an incline bench with the incline almost all the way verticle and you use a small barbell and go from your knees straight up until your arms are parallel to the ground. You dont need to go any higher than that. I usually do a pause at the top too. Sorry if this isnt a very good explanation, ill try and get a picture or something to show it better.
