The body has limits, but know when they are needed, don't use it as a crutch....
Off time is essential and non-essential, and demands placed on it are usually adaptable and the body can handle it well...
Some ppl constantly OT, they may not see the greatest gains, but their body's don't shutdown either, so I say demands are met, goals...well, not so much
