Default Muscle Gain without access to a gym

This is just something i have been thinking about... what if someone did not have access to a gym and really limited equiptment if any at home. So basically i am lookin for a "rocky" training regime... ie punching meat at work, deadlift with a wheel barrel ha ha. Ok maybe not that intense but still I think there are people out there who dont have access or sometimes cant make it to the gym... what kinda things can they do to get a good workout from home.

My ideas:
-All push up variations (incline, decline, wide grip, close grip, one arm, etc)
-Crunch Routine

Ha ha that is all i got... any ideas?

I would add that you can easily put a pull up bar in and do everything but neutral grip. By the same token you could add dip bars on a wall and really cover all your bases (at least w/upper body).

I had a friend that was very poor and would fill bags with water and put them in a pillow case and lift them.

you could use 2 chairs for dips

lift the end of the sofa with girl on the end for dead lifts
close grip pushups for tries and inner chest
feet up on sofa and do push ups
squats with girl on back like a piggy back for quads
same with calfs girl on back use 2x4 for feet
i could go on
