Ive made some decent and progressive gains on lower body, back and chest. But Shoulders/tris/bis are alot smaller than the rest of me and are out of proportion. After so much effort i was almost starting to think i had bad genetics but really...Im doing something wrong, but what?
ive normally, using different programs like 5x5, and P/rr/s trained arms once a week. should i increase the frequency i train arms?
Hafta see how you grip the bars n dumbbells for various arm movements, as well as how you go through a rep, we can talk about it all day and I could give a great arm routine, but most fall when it comes to form. Have you had someone check your form?
I'm actually doing all compound exercises and my arms are growing better than I did when I did a lot of isolated work. That could just be b/c I just switched things up though.
