Pretty interesting workout. The only one I've used of those exercises is the T-Bar Rows. Always felt as those were one of the best back exercises for me.

great find... i have seen people in the gym using this and doin all sorts of crazy shit with it. I wanted to try but never paid close enough attention. Im gonna give a lot of these a try. thanks Travis
