lol yeah i've read through the whole 160 page .pdf file you can d/l of their website.....i think i'm going to use it as a base for my new routine, basically keep in the 4-6 rep range for the compound lifts and 6-8 on all the others...thoughts on a split?

(ve been doing an upper,lower,upper wk1 lower,upper,lower wk 2 with a fourth day every wk of whatever I want.(while on my Epistane,Phera Max run) Ill get more detailed tonite when I have some time.

I've tried the plan.... After about 18 months of trainig the "Men's Health" way....I switched over to Max OT and saw incredible gains... My strength went up and I gained about 8 lbs. This was over the course of 3 months or so... No supps except for protein and creatine (AST creatine mind you...they sold me on it). I think it's good for the body to change, and that's why I saw such solid gains. I'd been doing 3 sets of 10 yada yada. I think what's good about this plan is the intensity, which was new to me when i switched. You push yourself to the limit and that's why you see such good gains.. at least in strength. Like mmowry said, it's a good base program. Like anything, you're going to plateau. then it's time to switch it up and move on. I came back to Max OT about 2 years after i did it initially and didn't see near as good of results...
