For me it depends on the time of year, my goals (bulking, cutting, size, density).
Out side of that it is best to feel and focus on each rep, keeping your body guessing by not only changing lift order and types, but hand and foot placement as well.
Tip for the new guys: Muscle is not built in the gym it is torn down. Muscle is built from a good diet and sleep. Bodybuilding doesn't stop when you leave the gym, thats when it begins.
