I had a lot of females ask me over the years if they should train differently from men, and if they should use different supplements/diet etc etc. To be one hundred percent honest, NO, but it may not provide the results that you want. Women and men are NOT that different in terms of bodily cause vs effect when it comes to stress, (physical/mental/emotional) and the like. When women work out, very similar things happen when a man works out, of course we're looking at this from a GENERAL PROSPECTIVE (that way Dinoiii doesn't come in here writing a book on how this is wrong...LOL)
So, for a lady looking to lean out, build (bulk), recomp, etc. she will do it in much the same way as a man would. There are differences in weights of course, but the point I'm trying to make is that women can do high intensity just the same as men. I know girls that can outlift most of the members of this board, but still look VERY good naked

. Strength and size don't go hand in hand, and size isn't always bad on a woman if she has it in the right areas.
The main prinicple behind this post is to make sure that we men know that women are not inferior to us when lifting in the gyms or running the tracks, or doing anything alongside us, and odds are they look better doing it to LOL. Hopefully this will encourage some of our lady members to post in here a bit and break this huge 'ice barrier' going on.
