Squat variations can certainly work wonders (and the workout didn't specify in the CU).
B-nat (as well as egodog)...I have announced this before, but there's a whole NEW training modality coming to town! It should be in the next edition of MAN-UP Magazine. It will deal with Chest directly and will knock your socks off! We (saying this as in "my company") have some stuff for back that we are sure you'll love though...likely soon!
And sure on the workouts you guys have suggested...as far as getting the dinoiii-approved nod, however, I have to still test them in the lab (not kidding) to see how clients respond before I give a thumb's up - EKG, EMG, etc... etc... Its never that easy a task with me and certainly not just throwing exercises together and crossing my fingers.
"Psycho Series" - Well, I am unsure if you want me to steal your tag... The specialization workout is to be incorporated while sort of downsizing other training volume states in the non-anabolically enhanced gym-goer...so the "specialization" was of importance.
