Default Knee Injury+Wrist injury

Not trying to bitch about this, but just curious about what it might mean.

Knee
Left knee hurts when I squat/leg press or start to workout with like basketball etc. on both sides of my knee caps but its ONLY when my knee is bent a certain degree. Imagine this::::: If my let is straight, and then I squat so my knee is at a 35degree angle on the backside of my leg, that is when it hurts.

Wrist
First off, I am right handed. Been hitting the bag since I was 14 and taking martial arts since I was younger than that. Toughed up my knuckles by hitting it bare knuckle, plywood, and brick walls (with my trainer ranked 4th in NY and 2nd in the Japan World Martial Arts tournament) Started training hard the past 2-3 years at school taking more and more martial arts doing competitions and picked up a little muay thai within the past year and a half. ANYWAYS...I am right handed and through a series of a month and a half noticed my right hand ached a bit, heres the kicker though...

Through ALL the years of training, I took great care of my knuckles, know correct form etc. I work in the Deli at Wal Mart for about a year and through all the repetitive motion of slicing hundreds of pounds of meat in a days time, I THINK that the injurt is not from the martial arts, but MORE SO from the deli slicers. It was only when I was slicing my wrist would hurt. After coming home my hand would be dead, in the morning I would wake up, and it would be swollen and hurt/weak. Anyways I was doing curls tonight and it hurt lol. Outside of the wrist, feels like a tendon or Tendonitis. Anyone ever encounter this?

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome.I would have it checked out by your doctor.They will probably give you a brace to wear on it.Also try and take an anti inflamatory.My girlfriend is a massage therapist and says massage will help it too.Dunno you could try it.

Yeah I am going to start taking some glucosamine, maybe that will help. Any other ideas? Also I was actually thinking about going to buy a brace for my right wrist and maybe my left knee, used to have a brace when I played football and basketball in High School for my left knee, not sure where it is now though.

leave them alone for a while...working thru joint pain is not recommended..

give them time to heal, 6weeks even

i concur....ud probably want a doc to check it out, but rest is probably best to heal

sucks though cuz ur cycling. resistance training would probably either slow healing process or make it worse.

yeah did arms and shoulders today, I can curl 65lbers just fine, but if its anything with a 45lb bar with weight, it hurts like HELL. So I stopped. I don't think its necessarily my wrist, but ligaments etc. getting it looked at soon hopefully, and try to finagle a prescription for that nolva while I am at it, just to cover my ass...then make sure this mix up doesn't happen again.
