Thoughts?
I am going to start a:
2 on 1 off; 2 on 2 off type training protocol.
Thoughts on body parts:
Day 1: Chest/Tris, Day 2: Legs/Calves, Day 3 off, Day 4: Back/Bis, Day 5: Shoulders/Traps
or
Day 1: Chest/Tris, Day 2: Back/Bis, Day 3 off, Day 4:Legs/Caves/Abs, Day 5: Shoulders/Traps
What would be the best combination? Trying to stay away from lifting on the weekends, since I seem to be traveling so much lately
