i personally like this set up when i get to do it because i rotate my workouts every 1 1/2 months or so
day 1-= chest/bi's
day 2- shouders/traps/legs-no calves unless it is on my every other day rotation *see below
day 3- back/tri's
day 4 off
and just keep this rotation working with cardio everyday
it keeps your secondary's seperate and spaced out by at least 36 hours and i also rotate calves and abs every other day
just my two cents which doesnt mean much but it will give you something else to think about when you switch up workouts and routines
