I'm not sure if this has been addressed in a thread before but was curious how many guys listen to music when working out. I for one can not lift without my ipod. Buddy that goes with me sometimes wants to talk, I put my headphones on and do what I came to do. My question is, if you do listen to music, what do you listen to. Trying to find new songs to put on my ipod to get me fired up. right now i have some black label society, metallica, mudvayne, Godsmack, Disturbed, Motley Crue, Slipknot etc... Just was bored sitting here, seeing what others use.
x2 on the daft punk... rammstein can get me pumped... but on heavy lifts and chest day its all about mudvayne folk, makes me wanna throw the bar through the celling
Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage, 5FDP, Pantera, Zombie, Rage, Metallica, Powerman 5k, P.O.D., Project 86....Yes I ALWAYS listen to my IPOD. Whatever works for you! I cant imagine going into the gym without loud, aggressive music!
