Default Which one??

Chest and back (opposing muscles)

Or chest and tris??

I still do chest tri's back bi's but a friend recommended that I try Chest & back together, then next day try arms like tri's bi's delts? Just curious what the overall opinion on this is???

Depends on goals. I like chest and back as they work well together in the agonist/antagonist fashion, however some have a hard time working these 2 body parts in the same day with the proper intensity. If this is the case, I would work it where you do chest/bi's, legs, shoulders/traps, off day or back/tri's, off day, repeat cycle
