whats the best program for size gains in your guys opinions?
ive been doin the 4/5 day split one body part per week but i've been reading into DC training and other splits so i wanna know what has worked best around here cus im getting ready for my cycle

I've put a good amount of muscle and some size on a prgram called "The SlingShot Traing System". I don't believe it's on this board any where but do a google search you'll find it.
Or like Brad said Eat and lift heavy for low reps like a 5x5 program.

Although the PL type guys are generally big boys, size isn't the name of the game. I would aim to stick to the 6-15 rep range and depending on how your body responds, I like low-moderate volume and mod-high intensity. I generally like supersets and working 2 body parts per day. With lower volume this seems to work best for me and for most of my clientele.
Something like:
Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Arms
OFF
Repeat cycle or OFF day then repeat cycle
foooood!, and heavy weight low reps two days off. one body part a day and just lift with intensity
x3 I change it up about every 4 weeks or so and go back to a 3 day split,Back/Bi's Chest/Tri's Shoulders/Legs...abs every day. Every one is different but DEFINITLEY
