Lyle Mcdonald's Generic Bulking Routine
I was wondering about this workout program, I understand big muscle group body lifts, or full body lifts, get the GH pumpin and shit,
But with this routine, am I looking at getting full legs and full upper body, but not much focus on the arms?
It barely hits the bi's and tri's.
Am I supposed to add more of them myself?
Does anyone have any recommendations?
