couldn't agree more bad form is just bad form. every workout is different compared to the goal in mind. if your looking for strength use a wide grip and a explosive movement and if your lookin for definition use a tighter grip and a slower rep. this is also gonna go person to person and pend upon how much weight you have on a bar.. no one is the same use what works best for you!!!!
