Honestly that should last you a while. Other companies always say to megadose it so you go through it faster. The way I see it is they found out about this because it was in wine and people who drank wine in France tended to have higher life expectancies despite the fact they had a diet rich in saturated fats and cholesterol. The point I am trying to make is that resveratrol in red wine per liter is in the single digit milligram amounts. That means it would take 75 liters of wine to get the same amount of resveratrol as in one capsule of reverse. Ethanol does protect resveratrol so you can always take this with wine or with an alcoholic beverage for added benefit, but there is no way that taking 1000mg is necessary for the aging effects. I would say you could start out at 2 capsules if you'd like to gauge whether you can feel a difference, the anti-inflammatory action might be better at that dosage but for long term use 1 capsule daily should suffice and frankly that is pretty cheap per month for the benefit gained (in my opinion).
We offer acetylated resveratrol, which means that 150mg acetylated res. is better than 150mg regular res. although there is no conversion factor that equates the dosages.
