its all garbage. Its obvious though, that the OP is simply hoping to hold IBE accountable and recover his $. If that means posting the same topic on 20 forums thats fine. Its not different than sending a complaint to the better business bureau - its an attempt to get enough attention that a company is forced to respond to you instead of simply sweeping your complaints under the rug.
I actually find the tenacity of the OP pretty entertaining and encourage his efforts. He is the one (purportedly) screwed out of his cash. Raise some noise, get your money back by all means.
The truly decent and respectable thing to do, is to help him succeed, or in the least, not deleting his threads.
What would you do if someone straight jacked you outa $100+ bucks? If you would bend over and just take it, without complaint, please just send me the cash directly and avoid me the trouble of actually attempting to defraud you first.
All this can basically be summed up by saying: Don't delete threads that are from dissatisfied customers. Its pathetically obvious that when a company responds this way, they are usually in the wrong. Even if they were in the wrong, they could effectively use this PUBLIC opportunity to resolve an issue, spread good will, and maybe even entice other suckers. Too bad simply deleteing a thread sends the entirely wrong message and is a wasted opportunity at good
PR.
