What does your cycle look like right now as far as dosage scheme and PCT goes? Also, what are your stats and diet like?

I am not on anything right now as i just finished taking Drive, RPM and Retain2. My diet is not the cleanest but my protien intake is 1 gram/ lbm and planning on taking perfect cycle with my epistane....I am looking for suggestions....
