UPS sucks

I made my first order from the store here and got some good prices with the discounts. Shipping, however, is another issue. I have had nothing but bad experiences with UPS and this time is no exception. The scheduled delivery was to be today, the 10th. Not surprisingly my package sat in Texas for 2 days (business days) collecting dust. Actually it is still in Texas. So I got the infamous UPS "rescheduled delivery date" for 4 days later. Now it won't arrive for over a week from when I ordered. Not that great of service for $10 shipping. In contrast, I have had nothing but good experience with Fed-Ex every time I have had something shipped that way. Another online supplement store ships Fed-Ex and it runs about $8 for an equal size order. They are just as far away and I get the order 2-3 days from when I place it. If the LB store could get Fed-Ex that would be great.

Sorry to hear this bro. I hope you do not make your judgement on the LB store based upon one shipping incident that UPS screwed up. For the most part I have had great success with UPS.

i have never had any major issues with either UPS or Fed-X........ and you cant blame LB for some lazy ass worker who screwed up a delivery..... rock on LB

Ive always done the USPS and its gotten to me in 3 days each time. I didnt even know there were other options?

I usually go USPS myself. All things considered UPS isnt that bad

From my experiences with UPS I can't say too much positives. Receiving orders at work was horrible and the delay I got on some personal packages got under my skin. When there's options for anything other than UPS I tend to go with them. I find that Fed-Ex tends to be more expensive at times though.

Oh I won't. Not LB's fault in the least. It shipped out from the LB store quickly so no problem there. Why it sat in a UPS warehouse for 2 days I have no idea. Not a big deal either way. Just kinda annoying.

I have heard that from other people as well. It is strange because I am only 12 hours from Texas. Others have UPS packages sent over halfway across the country and it takes 2-3 days. It is a week pretty much everytime for me regardless of where it is shipping from. Weird. I have heard others complain about Fed-Ex, but for me they are always quick.

Edit: I just noticed you said USPS and not UPS. I have had pretty good experiences with USPS as well. I didn't get an option for how it was shippped. I am guessing because it was a heavy package (Protein powders, etc.) it was shipped UPS instead. Heavy stuff is quite expensive if shipped USPS.

sorry to hear bro... glad you are being understanding about the situation. Like others have said, once it is in the shipping companies hand we are powerless! I have had a few problems with UPS as well... most recently i have been using fed-ex and DHL when possible
