First off I want to say that I love the store in general (I could care less about the layout; the search could be a little better, but I can find what I'm looking for) and the prices are some of the best on the net for what's carried (how about some I3C by NSI and SAMe by Doctor's Best so that we can all use dinoiii approved PCTs and shop in one spot? Oh and some bulk powders would keep me from going to NP.

Ok, so I placed my first order last night for ~$300 and received no email notification (from other posts here I can see that's the deal; they need to improve that and have an email confirmation sent) and haven't seen the charge come out of my account. When I log in and look at "Order History" I see nothing.
Normally under these circumstances, I call the company, and we get it squared away in a few minutes. However, in this case, I'm left with no other recourse then to fill out a web email form and wait for a response. Now, I'm very disappointed, because I need to have my items by Friday so I can start using them on Monday, and I'll likely have to pay more $$ for shipping now, as I'll likely not hear back until tomorrow at best.

Can someone here get my a phone number to call?
