Default Another TF issue

I recently posted on here about a slow order. I had a very hard time getting in touch with TF. Actually I had to come here to get any response.

Well one of the orders I was waiting on had some Muscle Milk RTD shakes in it. I love these things for when I cant get anything else. However this case I got is nasty. Everyone of the shakes I have tried is lumpy inside. I have never had this issue before and it makes them quite difficult to drink.

Anyway the case was not expired, but the TF people will not write me back. I only wrote them once this time, but it follows inline with my last issue with them, difficult to get ahold of. Their customer service is horrible and I am officially done shopping with TF.

Maybe I am spoiled, but I paid good money for my orders, the least they could do is respond to my emails.

Sorry for the rant, but I am aggrivated and these forums are for things like this.

Thank you, but dont worry about it. You helped last time but it is not worth it to have to come here and get you to do this everytime I need something from them. There are a million sites that I can choose from. I appreciate your help, but I am moving on.

Nothing is wrong with your case of drinks. RTD drinks tend to have a large portion of the mixture settle at the bottom. That's why they put that little piece of information on the back that says "shake well before drinking." I have had this happen several times in the past(when I wasn't reading ingredient labels)and its not a problem. Its just the way it is........

I would like to add that I got some Muscle Milk RTDs from Vitamin Shoppe a couple months ago. They had some clumps near the bottom, as well - and I shook the mother livin' piss out of 'em, so I don't think it's a LB issue... probably a Cytosport issue.

The real problem is I still do not have a return email from TF. The lumps are nasty and I shake the hell out of the RTDs. I did read the label and I have not had this issue before with the Muscle Milk shakes. I even gave some to a friend to try just incase I was crazy. I might still be crazy, but he said the lumps were not normal. My thread is more about customer service issues than Muscle Milk RTDs.

How long have you been working out and using Muscle Milk shakes? Have you tried to contact TFSupplements through PM's?

I have been working out for about 15 years and drinking mucle milk shakes for about a year now. I sent an email to his website email. That really should be sufficient. I wouldnt be here posting if this was the first time either. Im going to stop now, I dont want to cause any problems for TF but I want people to be aware. And I hope that they can take my feedback and improve for the customers who follow. The website says best customer service, from my experience that is not true. Price is pretty good though and I recieved all my orders. Maybe they are too busy and a few of my emails slipped through the cracks, but replying to emails is so easy.

Sorry if it seemed like I was trying to start something. I just figured that if you'd used RTD's for a while that you would have encountered this problem before.
