Probably the reason the phone is busy is because there is NO POWER or phone service in Galveston!!!!!!!!! I would fully expect delays w/ a company that was effected like TF

I got one of my orders today, so i assume they are getting back into the swing of things. I kinda felt bad, I was just about to send a nasty email and I saw their address. That's like literally across the street from Gulf of Mexico on the south side of Galveston Island, if I remember correctly. I do hope they were insured, and already in search of a new building

Sorry our phones were knocked out. we couldnt even forward the number something to do with the central office being destroyed in galveston. I will post the new number and address in the next couple of days this will be our permanent number and location. Everything is 100% again.
