Default TF supps... best prices but poor communication.

So I've wanted to order from TF for a while now (I'm from Australia).
I tried to order but got the AVS Mismatch so i emailed customer service and got replies from Charles who was a great help. He said would would push the pending charges through for me and ship the items... I supplied him with my credit card number an exp date and I have NOT received a reply since the 24th of July...So I don't know if i've been charged or not...

What should I do?
I am very keen to order from TF but have been dissapointed with the service they've provided.

TF is usually on top of things, especially charles (good guy), do you not have access to your cc account to see if charges have been applied? If so, I'd assume any delay in shipping would be the issue of customs.

I'd call or place an emergency heading in the subject line

Just checked cc account and NO charges have TF supps so I have to assume they didn't go through.

I'm in Australia so calling them isn't really an option for me.
Is there someone I can email instead of the customer service email (which must be overloaded with emails)

the cheap shipping fees is the only reason I kept trying...there's other places similar/same price but shipping kills it...there's issues from last year on mismatch address problems and it still has not been fixed or alternative payment such as paypal...many stores have strong security they don't have issues...
I've given up on this store...

After the cc issue I have asked if there are alternative ways like paypal but no response...then when I contacted using the site contact form if they have paypal a response to ask if this is a US order...after I say no it's international Australian...no response
