welcome to the boards bro! Expect a response quickly as there are many intelligent individuals on this board!
One thing I can point out real quick is how intense is your current weight training. Typically I try to get cardio taken care of while lifting weights. This can be done by cutting back on rest time in-between sets and things of that nature.
