Default Need Help Adjusting Calories w/ PH Cycle

I'm currently bulking. I'm about to stat an Hdrol cycle soon and was wondering how many calories I should eat...

During my non-ph bulk, I was eating 3000cal and gaining a steady 1.5-2 pounds a week. This was obviously not all muscle, but the muscle and strength gains were there. That said I'm pretty sure that was a little high for me.

Now the question is whether this will be a little to high while I cycle... I would love to keep this as lean as possible, but need to pack on some quality mass. Any suggestions?

Edit: I'm endo.

Your gonna want the extra calories while on cycle. If you were at 3000 calories off cycle and gaining weight then I'd prolly start there while on cycle as well. If you think you are gaining to much fat then try dropping calories 100-200 and see how your body responds. Overall calories are important but make sure your macro breakdown is solid as well

I am just about finishing up my PH cycle with Tren Extreme. I was eating around 3000-3500 calories a day of complex carbs, lean protein and good fats. I am gained about 10-12 lbs of weight( a few pounds of fat) and wanted to start cutting. I heard if you start cutting on your PCT you will lose alot of your gains and its not a good idea. I was wondering if i went on a keto diet during my pct and consumed around 2500-2750 calories would i still be able to keep most of my gains??

Also, what if i continued to eat 3000-3500 calories of complex carbs and good foods, but incorporated HIIT 5 x a week or cardio at a 15 degree incline (burning say 350 calories a day) Would this be a better way to start cutting down on fat while keeping most of my gains?

Id stick with your calorie intake while on the cycle. Gains on halo are lean and to get the most out of you need good diet and training.

Default adjusting calories or keep them same/more cardio

I dont want to lose my gains, i want to start cutting and i know it comes down to diet but could i still keep my gains eating the same but loosing some fat from a little extra cardio or changing my diet from so much oatmeal to more protein or more fats??
