Question i need some help

I've been going to the gym now for about 5 months... a buddy of mine suggested NO-XPLODE, ive been taking it plus nitrix everyday for alittle over a month and to be honest I have not really seen any results... any suggestions on what supplements i should be taking or what might help??? Im 6'7 and weigh about 225... i dont want to be bulky, more along the lines of lean muscle, cut.

I need help

First off welcome to LB

Whats your current diet and training routine look like? And yes, I would cut out the noxplode and nitrix... not really good stuff..

If you are not seeing results, its either due to diet or training or both. You should be seeing results without any supps.

Make sure you have the basic supplements covered too

-Vitamins
-Minerals
-Fish Oil (3g combined EPA / DHA (listed on back of fish oil bottle) )
-Pre bed ZMA or MST ZMK

the first month or two i really didnt have a diet plan... now ive been eating alot of baked fish and chicken... and not alot of carbs... I go to the gym about 3 to 4 days a week depending on my work schedule... my muscles just dont feel like they are getting bigger or harder

for your height if your trying to get that bulk look your really gonna need to pound the food bro. dont worry about getting fat. eat at least 6 complete meals a day. and adjust your food accordingly. like if your feel like your getting alttle fat cut the carbs out of the last meal. or u could drop your total carb intake for the day. or u could add alittle cardio. basically dont worry about supplements just eat sleep and train hard. u have to learn your body and how it reacts to different stimulus. the only supplements i would say to use are whey protien,mulitivatamin,fishoil and glutamine. to me those are the essential but later if u want u can start adding stuff like creatine and a nitric oxide supplement. hope that helps bro

I can't really help you routine wise, but I will say you should get of the NO-Explode. That stuff gives the jitters and makes you crash like crazy after a while.
