3x6 ummmmm no actually 4x8 hmmmm no no wait 5x5 with heavy weight, I have heard most of them, what program is the best for weight gain with the proper diet? I'm talking everything including muscle groups. I have also heard one day on (killing yourselft) then one day off for gaining mass. I have also heard it is better to combine back with biceps, chest with triceps, etc... what is a preferred program that has a high success rate for gaining mass.

What is the most weight you have gained and what was your program? (Anyone)
Is it really bad to be in the gym longer than 1 hour?
Is it true that I should not do more than 4 workouts per muscle group when I am working out 2 muscle groups?
What are the best muscle groups to combine?
How long should I wait between each set for the best results?
Should I take protein while working out and then again after workout or is directly after workout fine?
Do I really need to take days off if I am on a proper diet?
