no pro hormones!!! advice for bulking up!
hey guys im 19 yrs 5'9 about150lbs
i weighed 135 and i got up too 150 with weight gainer, and creatine and normal stuff.. my body has a very fast metabolism and gaining this weight took me a while and hard work..
i was going to get some pro hormones (tren or h-drol) but with all the negatives reviews and not worth it.. i decided go back to my routine but add more supplements
advice please or recommendations
my ideal goal is gaining about 10-15 so like 160lbs...
im thinking about finding a good workout routine and wokring out about 4-5 a week.. i mainly need help with my consumpution on supplements..
im thinking about taking
1) multi vitamins pro 32x
2) blackhole- enhances hunger
3) pro complex
4) cell mass
5) supercharge ( preworkout)
take fish oil, proteins bars, boost plus shake...
any advice or what else i should take...
