Question... should I take MMv2 on non-lifting days (cardio days)? Also, what about doubling up dosage @ 6 caps pre-workout instead of a 3/3 split?

Ive seen people do it both ways. Personally I would take a dose even on non lifting days, maybe just at a lower dosage spread out through the day. I would also prefer the 3/3 split over just taking it preworkout. Log looks great so far man, you feeling anything from the MMv2 yet or is it still to early to tell?

I will keep taking it on cardio days. Maybe 2-2-2. I took 3 before my run this morning. I'm not sure if it was the MMv2, but it wasn't a very fun ordeal. The air seemed "heavy" making it tough to catch my breath, and I didn't have much stamina. Could have been the high humidity and zero breeze. My workout partner said he was laboring more than usual as well, so I won't pin it on the MMv2 just yet.

If I find this trend continues, I'll skip my pre-run dose and see if that helps.

I'm not sure if I'm "feeling" any different. My mood has been good (with the exception of yesterday morning). Very easy going and don't feel any temper/aggression problems.

Any idea on the half-life of MMv2 or DHT?

What about sticking to 3 pre-workout, then dosing the other three at evenly spaced intervals throughout the rest of the day? Like 3-1-1-1? Or, 3-2-1?

Day 2


Today was just a cardio day - no lifting. I popped 3 caps MMv2 ~45min. before my run. I also had 2 scoops of Xtend + 1 scoop of Poseidon before taking off. Running was very tough today. I didn't feel like I had any stamina and it was hard to catch my breath. It almost felt like the air was "heavy" or "thick". I'm sure the humidity was jacked... it gets like that around here. I can't say that it was the MMv2, though... my training partner said it was tougher for him, too. So, maybe the humid, stagnant air was just tough on us. Who knows?

Weighed in at 219 this morning. That's -4 from yesterday. But, I fluctuate like that, so no big surprise.

I took my second 3 cap MMv2 dose ~5pm before din. I still haven't felt any discomfort taking the MMv2 on an empty stomach.

I would like to make a note that I have been in a great mood the last two days. Even my wife noticed. I feel energetic yet calm. Things that would annoy me I have been shrugging off. Maybe my natty levels are low and I've been living in a quasi depressed state for years, and now that I've got some androgens flowing, maybe I've perked back up to "normal" and just don't know it.

I've dropped my caloric intake to ~2200. Extreme tub calls for extreme measures. Plus, I am full all day and it is even tough to pound down that many calories (good calories).

So, that's about it for today. I'm hoping my good mood maintains.

Day 3


Stuck with the standard program today - 3 caps pre-workout, the other 3 ~5pm before dinner. I felt like I had an inensity boost during my workout. I cranked up some metal internet radio and was feelin' good.

Numbers for today's workout...


BB bench press
185 x 18
205 x 8, 7, 6

BB bent row
185 x 9, 8, 8, 5

BB upright row
95 x 14, 8, 6, 5


Yeah, yeah, I'm a pussy. But, I feel good, so fuck it.

Started off with the wrong weight on bench press... hence the 18 reps. I thought about doing another heavier set, but we got started late this morning. By the time we got to UR rows, there was no down time, it was one up, one down. Freakin' killed the shoulders... notice the dramatic drop in reps per set.

I weighed in at 218 this morning. That's -4 from the start and -1 from yesterday. Again, I think I have dropped a maybe 1 being fat, the other 2 or 3 being water/sugar bloat from the weekend.

I noticed again today that it seemed tougher to catch my breath. Lungs/chest felt a little heavy. Any thoughts on DHT's effect in this regard?

Mood was good again today. Except for about 30 min before I took my 2nd dose... I felt pretty anxious... high BP or something. But, that could have been because I was running around the kitchen like a madman trying to grill up sirloins and fry up some mushrooms and onions at the same time.

Very strange... all the times I've checked my BP in the past, it has been in the 130's. Maybe the addition of all the carbs is helping? Or maybe the DHT has BP lowering effects for me? Possibly a cortisol issue evening out (I'm eating more than I used to).

All in all, another successful day, IMO. I'm anxious to see what the next 3.5 weeks bring.

One thing of note. Since taking MMv2 (and altering my diet), my appetite has become ravenous. I eat every 3 hours and can't wait until that 3rd hour hits to eat again. I'm not eating a lot of cals (~2200), but I ate even less before and never felt this hungry all the time.

Day 4


Today was just another cardio day - no lifting. I didn't take the MMv2 pre-cardio this time. It didn't seem to help much wrt catching my breath and/or endurance. So, at least acutely, I don't the the MMv2 is causing the problem... probably just lack of conditioning combined with the stagnant morning air.

My knees have started to bother a bit from the running, now. They didn't hurt before. Now, they ache when I get closer to the end of the run. I could possibly attribute this to the drying effect of DHT. I will start back on a glucosamine/MSM supp.

I weighed in at 218 again today. I look leaner and fuller in the mirror already, even if just slightly. I'll take updated pics tomorrow and continue the Friday pic updates throughout this 8-week ordeal. I'll try to get better pics than the first ones... those were rushed. And, I'll try to take them in the same place posing the same way to better accurately judge any changes in body comp.

Good mood all day again. I decided to break my dosing up today in a 3-2-1 fashion. For some reason, my second dose of 2 caps really felt like it "hit" me... I got energetic, felt a slight flushing of the skin and wanted to take on the world.

Is there any possible way that a person can take too much of MMv2. Like somehow a 2 cap dose will work better than 3? I don't think so, but this is the first time I took <3 caps and the first time I had this "rush". And it was almost immediate... within 15 min. I'm not sure if the conversion of MMv2 to DHT can occur that fast, but something had me going. And I'm damn sure it wasn't the green tea.

Resting heart rate = 62. This is normal for me, whether BP is high or low.

FUCK. YEAH.

I don't remember the last time my BP was consistently this low. I seriously doubt DHT would have this effect. It must be the diet. But, who knows. Thoughts?

Man, this stuff has me sweatin' like no other. I've been done w/ my workout for an hour and still have beads coming off the forehead. And BP is 120/72, HR = 87. Oh, and btw, I have NOT been taking any hawthorn berry... I kinda forgot about it, so that isn't what is helping my BP.

I've asked a few questions in this log with little to no replies... that sucks.
