Day 4
Today was just another cardio day - no lifting. I didn't take the MMv2 pre-cardio this time. It didn't seem to help much wrt catching my breath and/or endurance. So, at least acutely, I don't the the MMv2 is causing the problem... probably just lack of conditioning combined with the stagnant morning air.
My knees have started to bother a bit from the running, now. They didn't hurt before. Now, they ache when I get closer to the end of the run. I could possibly attribute this to the drying effect of DHT. I will start back on a glucosamine/MSM supp.
I weighed in at 218 again today. I look leaner and fuller in the mirror already, even if just slightly. I'll take updated pics tomorrow and continue the Friday pic updates throughout this 8-week ordeal. I'll try to get better pics than the first ones... those were rushed. And, I'll try to take them in the same place posing the same way to better accurately judge any changes in body comp.
Good mood all day again. I decided to break my dosing up today in a 3-2-1 fashion. For some reason, my second dose of 2 caps really felt like it "hit" me... I got energetic, felt a slight flushing of the skin and wanted to take on the world.
Is there any possible way that a person can take too much of MMv2. Like somehow a 2 cap dose will work better than 3? I don't think so, but this is the first time I took <3 caps and the first time I had this "rush". And it was almost immediate... within 15 min. I'm not sure if the conversion of MMv2 to DHT can occur that fast, but something had me going. And I'm damn sure it wasn't the green tea.

62. This is normal for me, whether BP is high or low.
FUCK. YEAH.
I don't remember the last time my BP was consistently this low. I seriously doubt DHT would have this effect. It must be the diet. But, who knows. Thoughts?
