If you want to stick to the 3 pre-workout, then splitting the rest up evenly is fine. Personally I split 2-2 when I used MMv2, two after breakfast and two after workout (i workout during lunch). I'm not a big proponent of pre-workout dosing, but I've seen some guys that use MMv2 solely as a pre-workout supp and have seen good results. I'd try a few different dosing protocols, maybe a 2 morning, 2 preworkout, and 2 early evening. But you have to find what you feel works best for you.

I didn't notice any shortness in breath or heavy chest feelings. And I haven't heard of this from anyone else yet. For instance I was doing HIIT cardio while on MMv2 and felt fine. I'm not sure that DHT would have this kind of effect, but keep us updated.

Resting heart rate = 62. This is normal for me, whether BP is high or low.

I don't remember the last time my BP was consistently this low. I seriously doubt DHT would have this effect. It must be the diet. But, who knows. Thoughts?

Dosing at two caps was the sweet spot for me, but I'm only 180 lbs. The majority of our loggers who are 200+ opted with a 6/day and said they "felt" the effects better at 6 caps/day. If 2 really hit you nice, try splitting the dose up 2-2-2 and see if that keeps you in that kickass level.

As far as lowering BP, you got me. I felt that my BP was a little higher while using, but I wasn't consistently measuring like you are.

What are your thoughts against taking it pre-workout? I'm thinking of doing the 2-2-2 route.

I'm not against taking it pre-workout. I just feel that a steady consistent dosing schedule like 2-2-2 gives your body a better dose during your rest times when you are recovering. I see 3 pre-workout as a lot of good stuff getting passed through, as your body will be utilizing other nutrients. But I'm not a chemist, so I could be wrong.

Day 5


This entry will be short and sweet... on my way to a friends house... just stopped in to let the dog out to piss.

Another good day. Took 3 caps pre-workout and had a Muscle Milk shake shortly after. I felt like my intensity was up pretty well today. It could be that I'm just getting used to working out at home.

Numbers for today...

BB squat
185 x 11, 8, 7, 6

BB incline press
185 x 15, 12, 8, 6

Pullup
BW x 7, 5, 4, 4

Numbers are still so-so. I injured myself on squats a year ago and was out of commission for a couple weeks (chiropractor and all that). So, I have avoided them until recently. I'm working back up to where I was. I'm not worried as much about injury anymore as I have altered my form and feel MUCH more comfortable doing them.

Also, I can do more pullups with a standard-width grip, but I've been working on "super-wide", where your elbows are always > 90 deg.

BP readings for the day...

120/72
119/70


BP is still looking good. That's great! That was really my main concern with this cycle.

Weight this morning was 217. Down another pound a feelin' great!

A note: I had to get a cavity filled today, so I was unable to eat for about 5 hours. I noticed that my mood significantly worsened as that 5 hours went on. As soon as I ate, I felt great again. This may have been my problem before... not eating enough or as often. Combine that w/ some androgenic activity... I'm feelin' like a million bucks now!

I'll add more thoughts later... I'm in a hurry.

Well have read everything you have said while taking methyl v2. I wanted to ask one or two questions. One question is have your muscles become more full and hard while your weight is going down. And also how is your sex drive does this drug have any effects on it. Joined this forum because was interested in how you were doing and am going to take this supplement also. Keep up to date because youre doing a great job.

Day 6



Dosed 2-2-2. Didn't do any type of working out or cardio... needed some good recovery time. Well, I had to work for 4 hours, which included being outside in the heat and walking ~15 flights of steps and walking around on uneven ground/rock. So, I burned a few calories.

I indulged in some pizza Saturday night... my first "cheat" of the week. But, I hadn't had only had about 1000 cals up to that point, so I don't think I was too over budget.

Important note, IMO... I woke up today w/ a headache (normal hangover type). BP was back up to 138/86! I put 4 scoops of Poseidon in a gallon jug and drank most of it throughout the morning. By evening, my BP was back down to 117/64. So, I won't drink that much again.

Day 7



Dosed 2-2-2, again. Same situation as Saturday... worked and burned some calories. And, I played about 30min of volleyball at a birthday party. Oh, and took about a 30 min. walk w/ the wife, son, and dog. Other than that, I took it pretty easy.

I ate quite a bit of food for lunch at the birthday party. No cake or ice cream though. And a lot of fruit salad. Then, I had Dairy Queen for dinner (another "cheat"). But, those were the only two meals I had, so I'm not too worried.
