Day 5
This entry will be short and sweet... on my way to a friends house... just stopped in to let the dog out to piss.
Another good day. Took 3 caps pre-workout and had a Muscle Milk shake shortly after. I felt like my intensity was up pretty well today. It could be that I'm just getting used to working out at home.
Numbers for today...
BB squat
185 x 11, 8, 7, 6
BB incline press
185 x 15, 12, 8, 6
Pullup
BW x 7, 5, 4, 4
Numbers are still so-so. I injured myself on squats a year ago and was out of commission for a couple weeks (chiropractor and all that). So, I have avoided them until recently. I'm working back up to where I was. I'm not worried as much about injury anymore as I have altered my form and feel MUCH more comfortable doing them.
Also, I can do more pullups with a standard-width grip, but I've been working on "super-wide", where your elbows are always > 90 deg.
BP readings for the day...

BP is still looking good. That's great! That was really my main concern with this cycle.
Weight this morning was 217. Down another pound a feelin' great!
A note: I had to get a cavity filled today, so I was unable to eat for about 5 hours. I noticed that my mood significantly worsened as that 5 hours went on. As soon as I ate, I felt great again. This may have been my problem before... not eating enough or as often. Combine that w/ some androgenic activity... I'm feelin' like a million bucks now!
I'll add more thoughts later... I'm in a hurry.
... Drank a bottle of wine tonight.
