Will have to check on the links. Most often they were send-ins from people giving me questions and sometimes if they were through a PM like at bb.com, which is the source of the one with all the links talking about minerals, etc... then they truncate those links which may offer source for the Error message. Will look into this further. Thanks for the comments though.
Happy you liked the CEE and BA discussions...they are pretty much - evidence-based, what we "know" articles and stop short of making anything more definitive than that...but they are what we can truthfully say to date about the two items. The chart is completely based on my recommendations to clients for B.A. time of dosing though the actual dose numbers come directly from averaging out the research suggestions.
Happy to hear that people are looking forward to issue II. The complete Table of Contents has been conjured up in my head already and its articles stay on course with what will interest people, I assure you. We will give a sneak peak at them in about 3 weeks or so.

The leg workout is actually a reprint, but one that didn't get as much airtime as other articles, so I thought it was in need of a reprint. I will be continuing the Human Performance Labs and what I will do is work on the stuff that comes out of my company and letting all of you in on some of the very advanced stuff. My point with the leg workout is that if you don't try it once, you likely have not worked out legs. I am certain about 45 minutes (and perhaps two vomiting episodes) later...you will agree with me while truly hobbling out of the gym. Please keep me posted to all that actually give it a whirl and those that make it out of the gym. :smile:
A lot of people like the information that was given in the Q&A section surprisingly. I just wanted you guys to see some of the questions and answers I give and probably why people still send 100s each day. Nonetheless, the Q&A will likely get a boost with incentive (i.e. - Question of the Month awards), as people are always intrigued by earning things for free. That said, the prizes will likely get more rewarding as time goes on and it is built up.
I am happy you liked the mix of science, "real" talk. Something similar will likely continue as the award-winning formula until someone contests even that.

Hmmm, I am trying to figure this out, though people have likely suggested some downloading options earlier in this thread...those would likely be your best bet. Still, second sending will go out later today and I will re-include those that said they couldn't open it.

I actually only included clients from a poll and those were the ones that responded...the poll only went on for about 2.5 weeks, so I couldn't get all to respond, but I was happy with the turnout still.

Will talk about autoregulation if there is enough demand for it. This is something I have spoken about at times on DA...but I will bring an in-depth discussion here to leanbulk as sort of a Newsletter addendum to the forum here.

HA! I don't know about all of the cycles/stacks you suggested - perhaps you can direct me with links. Still the "THC" PCT is likely a bit more than I would suggest considering the estrogenic potential component and/or source of THC. :wink:

Well, ... qualifier ... I only use them if I am sure the workout will extend much beyond the 45 minute mark. For instance, if I am certain its conclusion will be brought about at 1 hour, I may not dose because with my protein shake...the additional BCAAs is likely to provide minor, if any, added benefit. Alternatively...if I plan on working say an hour and a half...then BCAA supplementation becomes much more pertinent. I will offer up a similar chart to beta-alanine (structured a little differently about BCAA dosing in a future issue).
