Well, the sendings have gone out in droves after an exhaustive transition.

Please as I suggested in the message sent alongside it, this will continue to grow and as such ... for now as with anything new - there will be evident growing pains. I ask that you please inform me if you receive a duplicate mailbox sending or that the file opens appropriately, etc... Additionally, you can leave feedback in this thread and again I apologize for the delay... I will only seek to improve the entire process as time goes on.

Newsletter Issue 2 is expected the third week of August (my apologies but a "forced" vacation dictates its release) --- on and/or around August 1st, I will publically display a table of contents for that issue.

I got it and read it! I really liked it, after the end I wished there was more. I really enjoyed it and probably liked the BA and CEE discussion the most. The links in the question section didn't work for me, it did the whole '404 page not found' thing, other than that all images and text worked fine.

Again I really enjoyed it and thought that IFFI 'favorite moments' thing was pretty funny, overall just really good. Very much looking forward to the next issue.

Read it and really enjoyed it....very informative......good mix of science/real talk through out.....enjoyed the Q&A the most as well as the IFFI member introduction-Top 5 moments for each.....

Look forward to future issues...........oh and that Leg Workout looks insane

Got it, read it... really enjoyed it... very engaging and easy read...learned alot....

The CEE thing was interesting to see :wink: I assume my opinion is already in the stats... or should I send it to you? Heck, I think everyone knows where I fall on that one, especially DA!

Liked the reality check w/ regards to Ephedra... would have liked to see a deeper discussion of autoregulation, as I was looking at this product recently: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/1334/reset-ad.html
And seeing similar type of discussion with regards to MST's Shred-XS-Hardcore... so I was curious re: this aspect.


I loved the beta-alanine dosing discussion - was on my list of questions to you, so that was cool I've never had the tingles, so I may dose that high just to check it out... will I see any red elephants? This might work well with Voo's MDMA Cycle or my MDMA/Mescaline stack w/ RA's THC PCT

I didn't know about the different forms of CoQ10, and was glad to see my brand on the list.

I think you neglected the essential wheelchair for use at the end of the Leg sets... hoooolllleeeyyy sheeeiiite!

Nice Q/A section... didn't know B6 dosing was a concern, and would love to see a list of how PH/PS's fall in the Class I/II spectrum... can't seem to find anything on that... loved the Vitamin/anti-e sections...

Curious as to your ICE/BCAA dosage at 45 min into your workout...

Ah, I see you used one of my questions. BTW, I did have prolactin issues after PCT when I used Halodrol Liquid-Gels. My cycle was Epistane only. How's that one grab ya?

First thing, you need to learn the value of undersized images. Those things are huge on that paper... stick to the size they started at (except dino approved which needs to shrink) :wink:

Section by section:

CEE - I don't really believe in creatine in the first place. You know where I stand on this one with the whole back pump alleviation thing. Other than that, I don't really see anything out of it. So my saying of "I won't touch CEE" is like me saying "I won't drink gasoline."

PCC - After breezing through the scorch/ephedra bit I basically caught that its something my chick can look into but obviously cutting is not my specialty.

BA Dosing - Dude, I love the paresthesia! I want it all the time, all the benefits of being really stoned without the downsides like hunger, lethargy and most notably reefer madness. What I'm getting from the dosing chart is that 2gs a day seems to be about solid wake/pre/post. So why is it that I was having almost no issues with paresthesia when I was at 2g's in a single dose? Hell, it took me 8g a day to see anything out of it, 9gs and the tingling set in. This is 3 doses - 9am, 12-1pm, 5pm.

Human Performance Lab - Dear god, I don't wanna die... Ill give it a try on the next leg day, though this is definitely a little more my steam if I have trenadrol/superdrol in my system at the same time. A good punch in the face before hand might help too.

Q&A - Ah the polactin question from Xfactor(AA). I smiled and then thought, I don't need to be squishier than I already am.

Whoa, one of mine influencing the world. Well, while I agree on hydration being a critical issue, I disagree that taurine is the solution. I think its a bullshit answer to the problem. When I ran the stuff I would shed water just as quickly (big problem with Trenadrol for me) but I wouldn't have back pumps (at 6-8grams a day) too bad.. So the next day I would awaken to the worst hangover ever / severe dehydration. All I could do to drink water to keep from drying up, not a 2-3 gallons which is my norm .. I was at 4-6 gallons daily.
With creatine mono hydrate (pills) I retain enough water from my daily drinking to totally negate the back pumps - enough to do good mornings and stiff legged deads on 120mg trenadrol or 30mg superdrol respectively.
Suggesting a product like hypertest or something else to keep the balls from going static is probably a good idea on the Hulk Stack, I was FULLY shut down from that one, and believe me, when I'm tired and loaded up I'm not a nice guy.
Agree that Trenadrol/Bold was a semi worthless mix, though it was fun and I leaned up with a quickness In retrospect, Trenadrol/Bold/Superdrol for 5 weeks pushed into bold for the remaining 3 to make a total 2 month cycle would be a good mass to cut cycle for someone with a death wish, as running Tren and SD together is like playing god.
Oh, and I'm not overzealous. I have a death wish. lol

IFFI - I'm still saying Andro and Trans are far better fits for the deal but I gladly accept the initiation. That said, I'm never going to live down the AM crap am I? Oh and I'm still awaiting your thoughts on the blood cooling thing.

So, now that I actually get through the rest of the site, I see there is already a post for this. Third congrats is now out...

My thoughts, I saw 36 pgs and closed it.....no not really, my mind got lazy at first and said to early. Then I think I got b****slapped and just started reading. I knew 36pgs by dinoiii was worth every frickin word, so I read every word, and am waitin for several things now, its like christmas, we've got article 2 comin out, possibilty of prizes,jobs, and testing, some new sites, the books I've been dying to read (your crazy training style intrigues me, and hopefully there is more of that in future articles or books, not sure of anyone else but this freako here tried it, and I think I cried, def. couldn't walk right)

I can't believe you asked for MORE e-mails than usual, I'd think you would want a specific email where you want comments from this underground newsletter, so you don't haveta sort even more (if this is something you do, I'll send my responses there, otherwise I jus feel bad 200-400 emails, plus the 12,500 responses to add to that.)

Dosing parameters and the like with the beta-alanine is a great breakdown, I don't know why ppl would decrease the tingle, its sweet, its like transforming before you go to the gym, it gets me psyched, but anyways... good stuff. I stick with 2 doses. I am also curious if you are in trials with testing the beta-alanine and taurine. I play mind games, so its hard to distinguish placebo effect from the supplement actually doing its job.
My personal trial, 5 straight days of using a taurine containing energy drink (2g's at twice a day, one dose (of taurine) was 30min before I took my b.a. the other (dose of taurine) I took about 1hr after I dosed my b.a. Then I tried 5 straight days without the taurine (which meant no energy drinks, rough, very rough for me) again 2 separate doses of beta alanine (oh each was 2.5g's so a total of 5g of beta alanine per day)

Results:
Paresthesia (tingly feeling)-still had it, and to the same degree or what felt as the same degree in both trials.
Increased endurance- I would have to say that it was slightly better on the days I didn't have the energy drinks.
Increased strength- I would have to say it was about the same, but the slight difference would be leaning towards not having the energy drink

Anywho, can't wait as I've already stated, and think up some crazy chest training, or crazy supersets with 2 body parts, if you don't have a science background, at least toss em out for "the guinea pig" (<I've self-proclaimed this name) to try out, have a good laugh to see what kind of shape I'm in after my workouts.
