yeah i ment at the end of the complete cycle including the pct...i'm already liking he gains from hdrol. this is still the first week and i feel a lil stronger and more dense. a lil angrier but o well. yeah bro i'll will def hit you up when i am done with my pct...
bro, you would prob want to wait untill you are done with you pct. because you dont want to be making gains then loose them all during you pct, if you cut ya know?..thats what i do, i bulk on cycle and pct then cut on the off cycle then do that over again, works pretty damn good.
but most people will think that just because i am a sales rep for phenom that i HAVE to say that its a solid ass fat burner, but bro, i took it to cut on my last off cycle and it got me shredded even more than i got when i did the hdrol cycle. if you see my b4 pics on my ph logg you can see what the phenom did to me...i think i would be able to get you a bottle for a good deal if/when you would want one...just pm me
yeah i was gonna ask how long after a ph cycle could i go into a serious cutting cycle? i've read some of your post for phenom is that some pretty legit stuff?

i hear ya, the rule of thumb is ever 6-8hrs so basically like you said on in the morning, mid after noon, then night.
i always take it before i lift which is either morning dosage or mid afternoon dosage....just try and fit the dosages around you sleeping, not super critical to dose it perfect, basically if its in you blood stream you are good. you just want it to always be cycling in you blood thats why you spread out the dosages.
cool thanks, one when i wake up and one later in the evening, and what about when im up to 75 mgs? one in mid day? its tough also for dosing and when to take them cus i work nights on a ambulance sunday through tuesday and every other wednesday so my sleep pattern is always changing.
i always took it when i woke up, 1hr before i lifted then about 9, you dont want to take it right before bed, like three hours b4, because you will get fucked up dreams or something...basically 6-8 hurs apart, but i always have to take my phs before i lift
