i sent some product back to tfsupps and they recieved it several days ago and was supposed to refund my card. i sent an email and have yet to get a response. i know it takes a few days but it would be nice to get a response to the email i submitted. could you check on this for me?

Hi thabenjaminz05 ! I saw you´re TF Supplements representative, and i have an issue with TF supplements right now. I already did many orders and they were just as fine. But now, things got sloppy. Im from brazil, and due to many brazilian restrictions about supplements, I decided to buy and send to a friend in america who was coming to brazil, so she could bring in her bag and save some hassle about customs and stuff.. the thing is, she didn´t receive the package in time (shipping time was 3 days max and she got 5), and I´m trying to locate my order with the tracking number and no sucess so far. Sent 5 emails and no answer on them too.. How should I proceed in this case ? Will I get my money or the products back so I can send to another person there ?? thanks in advance

Looking at the forums i see your the man to go to. I placed an order last monday with tf supplements. since then the tracking info has not changed yet and i havnt seen my package. It has been almost 9 days....... im getting very aggitated with this site. can you help me?

the problem is when i came back at the end of december i finally was able to inspect the package and they gave me 3 bottles of CEL m-drol, not CEL H-drol, i cannot do M-drol, in any ways i need the CEL H-drol. i spend $90 on this i need what i ordered, as stated in the invoice i did in fact order H-drol.

I sent this E-mail to TFsupplements.com the day after I placed my order and have recieved 1 unsigned response suggesting a new batch was delivered at lower cost and refusing to match that price. I asked to either match or cancel the order, but received no further responses after several days and several e-mails. The site promises lowest prices and satisfaction and the order had not yet shipped. I don't understand why they would treat a good customer this way.

My credit card company suggested I refuse delivery and challenge the charge, so I intend to.
If you can be of assistance, I would appreciate it. Maybe we can avoid this hassle.
