Update: Erich is officially back into madness mode and back to chicken, rice and green beans. He plans on making a BIG impression at the USA's in Vegas in 5 short weeks.

Note: I personally think he got jobbed at Jr Nationals but second place is killer! How many guys can say they took second in the light heavies at Jr. Nationals?
