Wow, well guys that's all good, less soda is a better way.
My take on diet anything is not positive. They usually use artificial sugar, most of which has shown some adverse affect in lab rats.
I don't like the fake sugar. Natural sugar is better IMO, and I can't stand the taste of diet drinks.
Sadly I have that one addiction, caffeine in my crutch, and I try to get away from it, but when I am sitting down most all day, I don't want to drink coffee, a soda is usually what I go for. I am actually a Mountain Dew fan, try to stay away from the dark soda, and energy drinks every once in a while when the situation requires it.
I know the caffeine does adverse effects in the body, but it's hard to get away from. So there's my take on it.
