Sort of. The whole thing about it causing some people to be hungrier was with people who were dieting and using alot of it. If you're just using small amounts it probably won't do much. But large dosing were causing the blood sugar levels to go down because of an insulin over-response. So if you're diabetic and using large amounts of artificially sweetners it might be more of a concern to you since hypoglycemia sucks. I use to have blood sugar drops when I was a kid so I'm always sort of paranoid about them. By far the worst thing I've experienced and I've had bad acid trips.

Now I may be misreading your question or just rephrasing what you said but if my understanding of typer 1 is correct, one would gauge thier insulin injection based on blood glucose levels no? As far as type 2 is concerned somone on a ketonic diet orCKD should the case be would have more of bg impact with the inablity to process the newfound glucose. But I could be wrong.
